Sears Home Services - Sears repair technician was a NO SHOW
I had a confirmed appntmt on 5/9/16 betwn 10 and 2pm for Sears to check my leaky washer. At 145pm, I received a call that the technician was on the way.I called again after 2 hrs, and was told the technician had a delay, but "Don't worry;" he would be there.
After my 3rd phone call to Sears (since the technician hadn't arrived), I was told the technician had submitted via computer that he had arrived, and the repair had been completed. A blatant lie. There was nothing the Sears employee (on the telephone) could do, I was told, and I should call after 24hrs to reschedule. Who was the technician?
How could this happen? Why is it the customer's responsibilty to CORRECT SEARS MISTAKE?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Sears Home Services Cons: Via computer tech said he completed repairs tech did not show, Technician was a no show entered in computer he did the repair, Service sucks, Extremely poor customer service.
